You won't be going alone, because the prize includes accommodations, round-trip airfare and hotel transfers for 4, with an approximate retail value of $4,500. In St. Croix, carnival is an event that goes on for a month and includes calypso shows, food fair, queen pageants, steel pan shows, parades and more. A winner will be drawn on or about October 30 and will be notified by e-mail, who then must return the required documents within business days of notification.
