IECacheView (v. 1.30)

As the name implies, IECacheView allows you to conveniently browse through a list of all the files currently cached by Internet Explorer (IE). For each file in that cache, detailed information is provided, such as filename, content type, URL, last accessed time, file size and the number of hits. The list can be exported to a HTML, text or XML file, but can also be copied to the clipboard so you can paste it to a different application, like Microsoft Excel. IECacheView has several notable advantages over the "Temporary Internet Files" viewer in Windows: it allows you to filter by file type, includes more detailed information about cache files and allows you to view the cache of other users, instead of just the user who is currently logged in.
