The Hat (v. 2.3)
The Hat allows you to create lists of names and will then randomly order them. It can also pick individual names, or pairs of names, which can be useful in a raffle, to determine sweepstakes winners, or to decide on random partnerships. Its easy to use interface features animations and sounds during the shuffling process, which can be adjusted to your prefence. Text files with names can be imported and exported and results can be copied to the clipboard or printed for future reference.
