Eyes Relax (v. 0.54)
Eyes Relax is a small utility that sits in your task bar and reminds you to take breaks away from the computer screen after a determined number of minutes or hours to prevent eye strain. You can specify two independent work periods, as well as the length of the breaks, the types of breaks, notification sounds and other settings. A password-protected "Parent Mode" is also included for parents who wish to force their children to take breaks away from the computer by locking it for a set period of time. Eyes Relax requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 to be installed.
