Free Stocks Ticker (v. 1.2.1)

Bring the news and stocks ticker often seen on television to your desktop with Free Stocks Ticker, a free, customizable and open-source freeware program created by Sivan Segev. Out of the box, it downloads stock quotes from Yahoo! Finance and pulls news headlines from the feeds of Fox News, CNN and Yahoo! News, but these can be changed to your preference. Putting very little stress on your computer processor, the utility provides a context menu that allows you to determine the number of lines displayed on your screen. Additionally, you can quickly change what is being scrolled, and at what speed. To be able to install and run the Free Stocks Sticker, your computer needs to have the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or newer installed.
