Wavosaur (v. 1.0.5.0)

Wavosaur is a free audio editor for Windows with support for VST plug-ins, ASIO drivers, multi-channel WAV files and real time effect processing. You can use it to record audio to WAV or MP3 files and perform editing tasks, like basic cutting, copying, and pasting, producing music loops, analyzing and batch converting. Contrary to most software programs, Wavosaur, which runs on Windows 98, XP and Vista, has no installer and, as such, does not alter the registry. The software authors provide several tutorials to get you started with recording, using VST 1 and editing loop points, as well as skins that allow you to customize the look of the Wavosaur interface.
