AC3 ACM Codec (v. 1.4)
The AC3 ACM Codec for Windows allows you to preview, decode, and encode AC-3 audio in VirtualDub, or almost any ACM client, with the help of an Audio Compression Manager interface. It is based on the free liba52 library by Aaron Holtzman and Michel Lespinasse, and the ac3enc code by Fabrice Bellard from ffmpeg. Released under the GNU General Public License and compiled with Visual C++ 6.0 SP5, the AC3 ACM Codec is distributed in the form of a small ZIP file which also includes a readme.txt file with installation instructions and information about the programmer.
