This free poster, sized 25.5" x 22" and aimed at children in grades 6-12, shows that what may look like normality in the media, such as in magazines and on television, is not actually what is normal in everyday life. It features lessons on food choices, tips for improving self-esteem and body image, ideas for physical activities, and more. To request this free teen poster, proceed to the Oregon Dairy Council website, tick the box to the left of "What is Normal? Teen Poster" and enter your name and address in the form.
