The National Mental Health Information Center offers a wide variety of publications that you can receive by mail free of charge. Apart from publications such as books, reports, newsletters and brochures, you can also order stickers, fact sheets, notepads, posters and even videos. Topics of mental health information include, amongst many others, self-help, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, school violence, state resources and services, and major disasters. When possible, clicking on a publication title will give you a short summary and a table of contents. Many publications are also available for downloading. To order, add all the publications you would like to receive to the shopping cart and proceed to check-out where you can enter your name and address.
